DAX Updates: Now in Spanish

The DAX Copilot activity in the Epic Haiku mobile app has a new feature that enables clinicians to capture clinician-patient conversations in Spanish. Clinicians can now seamlessly switch between recording conversations in English and Spanish while providing care during a patient encounter. Learn more.

UTMB now has 470 clinicians with a DAX licenseHowever, we are seeing only 50% utilization of this valuable tool.

In March, 244 active users documented 13,353 encounters using DAX, but we believe everyone can benefit from its full potential.

If you have the DAX license but are facing challenges in utilizing it, please explore the following support and training options:

  1. Updated Website: Access DAX Copilot for a comprehensive, step-by-step guide.
  2. Group Roadshows: Attend a live demo and get answers to your FAQs.
  3. One-on-One Elbow Support: Receive personalized assistance.
  4. If you would like to schedule a group roadshow or a one-on-one session, please email us at SUPPORT with your preferred time and location.

If you do not have DAX and want it, submit a request via: Ambient Dictation - Ivanti Service Request.
